Clint Eastwood Calls Romney "The Perfect Guy for the Job"

Appearing on "Hannity" on Thursday night, Clint Eastwood called Mitt Romney "the perfect guy for the job," and again questioned why so many Obama supporters are defensive about the president.

Ever since his speech at the Republican National Convention, Eastwood has taken a far more visible role in the campaign than he has in recent previous elections. Earlier this month, he appeared in an ad for American Crossroads, warning of the dire consequences if Obama is elected for another four years.

Sean Hannity also asked Eastwood one of the great unanswered questions about Hollywood and politics: Why is show biz so liberal? Eastwood traced it to youth and the fallout from the blacklist of the 1950s.
