W&W on the Radio: Stumped by Sotomayor

Sotomayor7_robe Just what is the Republican strategy in opposition to Sonia Sotomayor? As the White House tries to take back her 2001 comment as an unfortunate choice of words, so does Newt Gingrich regret his use of the word "racist" to describe the Supreme Court nominee. Few would say that her nomination is threatened, but the question is how much will identity politics will play in her confirmation hearing.
