Franken Wins --- Again

In the neverending Minnesota saga, Al Franken has prevailed as three judges determined that he got more votes than Norm Coleman. In fact, Franken ended up with more votes than before Coleman brought his court challenge.

Coleman has vowed to take the case to the state Supreme Court, meaning that no one is going to get an election certificate for at least another few weeks.
