McCain's New Offense
John McCain has grabbed Sarah Palin's attack lead and is forcefully going after Barack Obama as not like us.
His variation on this line of attack is, "Who is the real Barack Obama?" At a campaign rally today, someone in McCain's audience offered his answer: "Terrorist!"
As Michael Scherer points out in Time --- "McCain's 'Manchurian Candidate' Attack" --- CNN ran the speech alongside an image of the big board at the New York Stock Exchange, where share prices were tumbling down.
