McCain Event: The Show Will Go On

The Senate vote on the bailout package tonight lands right smack dab in the middle of John McCain's fund-raiser planned in Century City this evening.

McCain will be in Washington, but the event will go on. Cindy McCain and Todd Palin will be the featured speakers, with Kelsey Grammer and Dennis Miller providing entertainment.

It is more than likely that this would have been McCain's last Hollywood-centric event before the general election --- but there's no official word on whether he will resked.
