19 Convention Countdown: HuffPo’s Big Panel

There will be many, many panels during the Democratic National Convention in Denver, but one that seems to be generating a lot of buzz is "Entertainment and Politics Meet New Media at the Democratic Convention."

Charlie Rose will moderate the event, with George Stephanopolous, Will.i.am,  YouTube founder Chad Hurley, Washington Post publisher Katherine Weymouth, Universal Music Group's Matt Gerson, Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-Ill.) and Arianna Huffington.

The guest list for the confab includes Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, Alfre Woodard, Andrea Mitchell, Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., Dan Glickman, Greta Van Sustern, Sam Donaldson, Jane Nathanson and Irena and Mike Medavoy.

The panel is sponsored by the Universal Music Group and Huffington Post.

Huffington Post also is sponsoring an "oasis," where convention-goers can rejuvenate from the expected crowds, via massages, yoga and energizing snacks and drinks.
