Article0020e3a3600000578500_468x293 Barack Obama's big speech is happening right now in Berlin, where he offered a partnership to "people of the world." Our correspondent there, Ed Meza, will be filing a report.

Is all the coverage too excessive? They're frustrated on the right. Glenn Beck: "Sometimes it's hard to tell if Barack Obama is running for president of the United States or Mr. Universe."

But there's no doubt that the tour, along with the political press corps, has been a success so far at the very least in imagery and photo ops.
