Nicholson's Hillary Video

Updated

Hollywood supporters of Hillary Clinton debuted this new viral video, "Jack and Hill," featuring Jack Nicholson.

"Don't we need a president we can trust to be ready to go on day one?" the video asks.

It intersperses clips from Nicholson's films --- starting with his appearance as the Joker in "Batman" --- and ends with the actor saying the campaign standard, "I'm Jack Nicholson, and I approve this message." The video does not come from the Clinton campaign, but longtime supporters Bruce Cohen, Rob Reiner and Chad Griffin. It was penned by Hollywood writer John Krokidas.

Also: Time's James Poniewozik writes how the Clinton campaign is trying to close "the crucial entertainment video gap."
