Despite Hecklers, Streisand Plans to Keep Bush Skit

After a concertgoer threw a paper cup with some sort of liquid at Barbra Streisand Monday, her manager tells the Associated Press that she has no plans to remove a concert skit that apparently provoked it.

Like other incidents in which Streisand has been heckled, the concertgoer was upset over a Bush impersonator who appears on stage with Streisand during one point in the concert.

"This skit has been so massively covered by media, it's impossible that it still could come as a surprise to any of the Bush admirers who bought tickets," says Streisand’s manager, Martin Erlichman said.

He also notes that the Bush impersonator, Steve Bridges, is a Republican.
